Theory Meets Practice

We offer you a hands-on apprenticeship in a modern work environment where you can get involved right from the start and develop both personally and professionally. Our trainers will guide you through the process, equipping you not only with technical knowledge and practical skills but also with important soft skills. The training program is complemented by vocational school classes at the RBZ Kreis Steinburg in Itzehoe, as well as the opportunity to complete internships at partner companies and collaborating organizations.

And at the apprenticeship fair, you can get to know us and our work environment firsthand: Learn about the trades we offer, chat with our employees, and explore our diverse program featuring hands-on activities, exciting short presentations, a microscope, and a digital cleanroom tour.
