Get to know our day-to-day life!

Whether in the cleanroom, the laboratory or at interdisciplinary meetings, our day-to-day work at Fraunhofer ISIT is characterised by innovative technologies, teamwork and exciting research projects. Different departments work closely together here to jointly develop new solutions for the technologies of tomorrow.

In doing so, we combine scientific excellence with an open and collegial working atmosphere. Exchange on an equal footing, short decision-making processes and the opportunity to actively contribute one’s own ideas are all part of our daily interactions.

But it is not just our work that brings us together: we also place great importance on fostering a strong sense of community outside of our daily working lives. Through joint summer and Christmas parties, as well as our annual company outings, we create opportunities for personal interaction, team spirit and shared experiences away from the daily grind. This creates a working environment that not only inspires professionally, but also brings people together on a personal level.
