The development of customer-specific power diodes faces the challenge of meeting specific customer requirements while adhering to strict quality and efficiency standards. The variability of requirements calls for flexible and adaptable solutions.

To overcome these challenges, ISIT offers customized solutions for the development of power diodes. By using state-of-the-art technologies in process and component simulation, we can develop precise and adaptable products that meet the individual requirements of our customers.

ISIT develops and manufactures customized power diodes. This includes the creation of the technology concept and the subsequent process and component simulation of the electrical parameters. Prototypes and small series are manufactured in our certified clean room production facility.

One example of the use of our customized power diodes can be found in renewable energy generation. Here, our diodes support the efficient conversion and control of electrical energy, which improves the performance and efficiency of solar power systems.
