MEMS cleanroom | 360° tour
In this unique virtual tour of our cleanroom, you can explore on your own the 2500 m² area for the production of 200 mm silicon technologies for front-end processes as well as the 1000 m² for the production of specific processes for MEMS, NEMS and for packaging. The institute's capabilities support companies and users in a wide range of industries. Components, systems and manufacturing processes are designed, simulated and realized in close cooperation with the clients in the virtually explorable premises. For this purpose, ISIT uses technology platforms that can be used unchanged or only through design adaptations.
