The fair enables students and alumni from all disciplines to network directly on campus with companies from various sectors and discover career opportunities together. Pupils and other interested guests are also cordially invited! This networking event focuses on career guidance, specific job offers and the exchange of specialist knowledge and experience. Admission to the fair is free of charge!

The talent transfair takes place twice a year at alternating locations, the CAU and Kiel University of Applied Sciences. The next talent transfair at Christian-Albrechts-Universität will take place on May 22, 2025.
