Seminar | Smart Power - Battery technologies and the way to sustainable electrification

Battery Workshop Series
September 14, 2022 | Itzehoe

Batteries are important for the development of the energy systems of the future. They offer storage options for renewable energy sources in electromobility and smart grids. The energy density and the charging and durability properties of batteries are important. However, large-scale deployment of batteries depends on improvements in technology and cost/production.

As part of the "Battery Workshop Series", the partners of the Interreg project "PE:Region-Platform" cordially invite you to a face-to-face seminar with the topic "Smart Power - Battery Technologies and the way to Sustainable Electrification" in Itzehoe. This seminar will give an overview of some development and business activities related to battery technologies and provide knowledge about variable and sustainable energy sources for electrification.

Due to the international relevance of the project, the contributions will be presented in English.
