Fraunhofer Institute for Silicon TechnologyIn accordance with the bylaws, the Executive Board appoints a Board of Trustees for each institute, including ISIT.
The Board of Trustees is composed of representatives from academia, industry, and the public sector. They serve in an advisory capacity to the institute’s management and the Society’s governing bodies. Furthermore, the Board of Trustees is tasked with fostering connections with groups interested in the institute’s research activities.
At least once a year—usually in the spring—ISIT presents the current situation and further strategic measures for the coming year to the Board of Trustees.
